Maintain visitor register properly

2. Security Surveillance

Regular patrolling inside and outside premises
Monitor for any suspicious activity
Report incidents immediately to supervisor

3. Material Handling Control

Check all incoming and outgoing materials
Verify with approved gate pass / invoice
Prevent unauthorized material movement

4. Safety & Emergency Handling

Act during fire, theft, or emergency situations
Inform concerned persons immediately
Support evacuation if required

5. Discipline & Order

Ensure no unauthorized persons inside premises
Maintain shift discipline and punctuality
Follow company rules strictly

6. Record Maintenance

Maintain daily logs:
- Visitor register
- Vehicle movement register
- Incident report
