Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Erode. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial or factory security and be able to handle routine checks, gate control, and safety monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

• Conduct regular patrols around the premises to ensure safety.

• Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to the management.

• Maintain visitor and vehicle registers accurately.

• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.

• Assist in emergency situations such as fire or accidents.

• Safeguard company property and assets.

Requirements:

• Experience in factory or industrial security preferred.

• Physically fit and alert at all times.

• Basic communication and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
