Job Description

We are looking for responsible and alert Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, punctual, and capable of handling security-related responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and guard the assigned premises.

• Check and verify the entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.

• Maintain visitor and security logs.

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.

• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches immediately.

• Ensure company rules and safety procedures are followed.

• Assist during emergencies such as fire alarms, evacuations, or medical situations.

• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.

Required Skills

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/Marathi)

• Alertness and observation skills

• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long hours

• Punctual, honest, and disciplined

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Basic knowledge of security procedures is preferred

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
