Hotel Sunstar Group is a growing hospitality group with 4 hotels and over 2 decades of experience in the hotel industry. We operate 3-star and 4-star hotels focused on providing comfortable stays, quality service, and a safe environment for our guests.

We are looking for a responsible, alert, disciplined, and reliable Security Guard to join our hotel security team in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors, and property.

• Conduct regular patrolling and security checks throughout the hotel premises.

• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, lobby, parking areas, and other designated locations.

• Check and verify the entry and exit of employees, vendors, visitors, and service personnel.

• Maintain proper records of visitors, staff movement, incidents, and security-related activities.

• Monitor suspicious activities and immediately report any unusual incident to the Security Supervisor/Management.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.

• Monitor hotel parking and assist in maintaining smooth traffic movement.

• Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.

• Assist guests and staff during emergencies while maintaining proper security procedures.

• Support fire safety, evacuation, emergency drills, and other safety procedures.

• Maintain the Security Logbook and Incident Register accurately.

• Report theft, damage, misconduct, suspicious activity, or security violations immediately.

• Ensure compliance with hotel security policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.

• Maintain discipline and professional conduct while on duty.

• Coordinate with hotel departments and management whenever security assistance is required.
