Key Responsibilities
Patrolling: Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols of premises, perimeters, and buildings.
Access Control: Monitor and authorize entry/exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles; check IDs/passes.
Surveillance: Operate and monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems; investigate alerts.
Incident Response: Investigate disturbances, respond to alarms, and take action (detain, call authorities) for theft, trespassing, or safety issues.
Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, write incident reports, and communicate observations to supervisors.
Enforcement: Uphold building rules, deter rule-breakers, and address infractions.
Safety Duties: Perform bag checks, operate metal detectors, provide first aid/CPR if trained, and ensure general safety.
