Key Responsibilities and Duties
Operations Support: Assist in managing daily business operations, monitoring inventory, and upholding company policies.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and customer service standards.
Administrative Tasks: Schedule employee shifts, maintain employee records, and prepare performance reports.
Customer Service & Sales: Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and support sales goals.
Strategic Support: Assist the general manager with budgeting, financial reports, and strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in MS Office and inventory management software.
