Key Responsibilities
Security Responsibilities
Monitor hospital entrances, exits, and premises to ensure safety and security.
Verify entry of visitors, vendors, and contractors as per hospital protocols.
Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities immediately.
Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents.
Assist in crowd management during peak hours and emergencies.
Maintain records of incidents, visitors, and security observations.
Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety policies and SOPs.
Valet Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors courteously upon arrival.
Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles.
Maintain proper records of vehicle keys and parking tokens.
Inspect vehicles for visible damages before accepting them for parking.
Park vehicles in designated parking areas following safety norms.
Assist elderly patients, pregnant women, and differently-abled visitors with boarding and alighting.
Ensure smooth traffic movement at the hospital entrance.
Report any vehicle-related incidents immediately to the supervisor.
