Security Guard

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard / Gate Checker to join our team. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of the store premises, monitor customer exit points, and prevent theft or unpaid items from leaving the store. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check customer bills at the exit gate and verify purchased items

• Match items with receipts to prevent theft or unpaid goods leaving the store

• Monitor entry and exit of customers

• Maintain discipline and ensure safety within the store premises

• Report any suspicious activity to the store manager

• Assist in crowd control during peak hours

• Ensure smooth and polite interaction with customers during checking
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 8th / 10th pass with 0–2 years of experience in security or retail (preferred). Strong observational skills, honesty, alertness, and basic understanding of billing/receipts are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week during 8–10 hour rotational shifts.

• Ex-serviceman or trained security personnel will be an added advantage
