Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of the showroom, staff, and customers

• Monitor entry and exit of all customers, staff, and delivery personnel

• Prevent shoplifting, theft, or any unauthorized activity

• Handle and operate security equipment like CCTV, alarms, and emergency systems

• Perform regular patrolling of showroom premises

• Check bags and belongings when required as per showroom policy

• Maintain visitor logs and incident reports

• Assist in crowd control during rush hours or festive seasons

• Report suspicious behavior or activity immediately to management

• Be alert and responsive in emergency situations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in security (jewellery/bank/retail preferred)

• Physically fit and alert

• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline

• Polite and respectful with customers

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly

• Basic knowledge of security equipment (CCTV, alarms)

• Police verification and background check mandatory

Preferred:

• Ex-servicemen or trained guards from licensed agencies

• Knowledge of first-aid and basic fire safety
