8 Directions Security Services Private Limited is looking for responsible and alert Security Guards to maintain safety and security at client sites, buildings, offices, residential premises and other assigned locations.

The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting people and property, controlling entry and exit, monitoring the premises, preventing unauthorized activities and immediately reporting any security-related issue to the supervisor or management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain proper security and safety of the assigned site.

2. Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and other persons.

3. Check visitor identification and maintain visitor records.

4. Conduct regular rounds and inspections of the assigned premises.

5. Prevent unauthorized entry and immediately report suspicious activities.

6. Protect company/client property, equipment, inventory and other valuable items.

7. Remain alert during the entire duty period and avoid unnecessary mobile phone use.

8. Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems wherever assigned.

9. Follow all security instructions, site rules and company policies.

10. Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, accident or unauthorized entry as per the given procedure.

11. Inform the Supervisor/Field Officer immediately about any incident or unusual activity.

12. Maintain proper handover and takeover at the beginning and end of every shift.

13. Maintain security registers, attendance records, visitor records and other required documents.

14. Coordinate with police, fire department, medical services or other emergency agencies when instructed or required.

15. Maintain discipline, professional behavior and respectful communication with clients, employees and visitors.

16. Perform any other security-related duty assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
