Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Direct daily check-ins/check-outs, cleaning schedules, and maintenance to ensure the property is functional and "guest-ready".
Staff Supervision:
Hire, train, and manage staff members (housekeeping, front desk), setting performance standards and schedules.
Guest Experience & Safety:
Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and enforce safety/security rules, including lock-up routines and emergency procedures.
Property Maintenance:
Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to ensure high cleanliness standards.
Financials & Reporting:
Monitor booking platforms, manage financial records, and report on occupancy and revenue to owners or management.
Activity Coordination:
Plan in-house activities or events to foster a welcoming "hostel vibe".
