We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Lifestyle Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a client's residence and lifestyle requirements. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling household operations, staff coordination, vendor management, event planning, and personal assistance while ensuring the highest standards of service and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence.
Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and caretakers.
Handle scheduling, task allocation, and staff performance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
Manage household inventory, grocery purchases, and essential supplies.
Assist with travel planning, appointments, and personal errands.
Plan and coordinate family events, guest visits, and special occasions.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of the residence.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the client.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in household management, hospitality, luxury residences, or concierge services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Flexibility to work as per the client's schedule.
Valid driving licence (preferred)
