Property Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for property maintenance, lease administration, tenant coordination, receivables management, statutory payments, and maintaining all property-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor commercial properties and ensure smooth operations.
Track and collect receivables from lessees/licensees.
Ensure timely payment of maintenance charges, property tax, water tax, electricity bills, and other property-related expenses.
Maintain records of lease agreements, property documents, and statutory compliances.
Coordinate with tenants, vendors, facility teams, and legal consultants.
Support ongoing projects by maintaining proper documentation and records.
Monitor lease renewals and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Property Management, Facility Management, or Real Estate Operations.
Basic understanding of lease agreements and property-related legal documentation.
Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
