Mumbai Based Candidate

We are seeking a Society Redevelopment Coordinator to manage society engagement and coordination before project execution. The role involves working closely with society committees, residents, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth documentation, approvals, and alignment before construction begins.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with housing society committees, managing members, and residents for redevelopment projects.

Assist in conducting society meetings, presentations, and discussions regarding redevelopment proposals.

Support the process of consent collection from society members as per redevelopment requirements.

Coordinate documentation for Development Agreements, PAAA (Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements), and member documentation.

Work closely with legal, liaison, and architectural teams for approvals and documentation.

Track progress of pre-construction milestones including society documentation and approvals.

Maintain records of member data, agreements, consent letters, and society documentation.

Address resident concerns and queries regarding transit rent, corpus, timelines, and redevelopment processes.

Ensure smooth coordination between society representatives and internal project teams.

Experience:- 2 To 5years

Salary Range: 50,000 to 60,000
