We assist companies and their legal counsel to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Knowledge of legal research, document review, and analysis to support forensic investigations and compliance assignments. Ability to assist in data privacy and data protection compliance activities, including regulatory mapping and documentation. Proficient in contract review, abstraction, and clause analysis within CLM workflows. Exposure to incident response support and forensic email review for investigations and breach assessment. Working knowledge of privacy and cyber law concepts such as GDPR and DPDP Act, with strong command of MS Office and legal research tools.
