Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure security personnel are performing their duties properly.

Supervise and guide security guards and supervisors at different client locations.
Ensure proper deployment of manpower as per duty rosters.
Handle client complaints and operational issues related to security services.
Maintain daily and weekly reports of site inspections and guard attendance.
Ensure guards follow company policies, safety rules, and security protocols.
Assist in recruitment, training, and briefing of new security guards.
Conduct emergency response coordination in case of incidents.
Check uniform, discipline, and alertness of security staff.
Ensure documentation and registers are properly maintained at all sites.
