We are seeking a professional, energetic, and result-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team at Vega Management And Consultants (Regd.). The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, screen, and deploy Security Guards at various client locations while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. The selected candidate will receive an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 – ₹28,000, along with excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and deploy Security Guards for various client locations as per manpower requirements.

• Source candidates through field recruitment, local references, job fairs, labour markets, and other recruitment channels.

• Visit client sites, labour hubs, and nearby areas to identify and hire suitable Security Guards.

• Conduct interviews and verify candidate documents before deployment.

• Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and deployment of Security Guards.

• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until they join and report to the assigned location.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements and achieve hiring targets.

• Build and maintain a strong database of Security Guard candidates.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth deployment and replacement of manpower whenever required.

• Submit daily recruitment reports, deployment status, and hiring updates to the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 3–6 years in field recruitment, manpower hiring, staffing, or security manpower recruitment.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to recruit Security Guards through field visits and local networking.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and smartphone applications.

• Willingness to travel extensively to different client locations for recruitment and deployment.

• Target-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in the Day Shift.
