Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management Key Responsibilities Install configure administer and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks BW EMS Administrator TEA Hawk and related middleware components Perform middleware build deployment patching upgrades and migration activities across environments Configure and manage EMS queues topics routes bridges clustering and High Availability HA environments Implement SSL certificates firewall rules and secure connectivity requirements for applications Support infrastructure onboarding application deployments and production cutover activities Monitor middleware health capacity availability and performance perform tuning and optimization Troubleshoot and resolve middlewarerelated incidents including P1P2 production issues and major incidents Execute change management activities and ensure successful production implementations Coordinate with application infrastructure network database and vendor teams for issue resolution Manage COB testing validation activities and production readiness checks Ensure compliance with enterprise security audit and operational standards Create and maintain SOPs technical documentation and operational runbooks Required Skills Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks BW TIBCO EMS TIBCO Administrator TIBCO TEA TIBCO Hawk TIBCO RV Rendezvous LinuxUnix administration Shell scripting and automation SSL certificate management and troubleshooting Middleware installation upgrades patching and migration Performance tuning and capacity management Incident problem and change management ServiceNow ticket management Root Cause Analysis RCA and troubleshooting Preferred Skills CICD tools such as Jenkins Monitoring tools such as Nastel Dynatrace Hawk and TEA Middleware automation and scripting using Python or Shell Cloud and container platform exposure Experience working in large enterprise banking environment
