Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles as per company procedures.
Verify identity, authorization, and maintain visitor logs and gate passes.
Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and security protocols, including restricted area access.
Conduct regular patrols of the plant, warehouses, utilities, and perimeter to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, fire detection, and access control systems.
Report and document security incidents, safety hazards, and suspicious activities promptly.
Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, chemical spills, or evacuation procedures.
Check incoming and outgoing materials, vehicles, and documents as per SOPs.
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and company policies.
Coordinate with production, QA, HR, and external security agencies when required.
Maintain discipline, professional conduct, and confidentiality at all times.
