We are hiring a BPO Executive (CCE) for outbound sales of financial products. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product features, and driving conversions as per sales targets.
CTC – 28000-35000 P/M
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Pitch and promote financial products (loans, credit products, etc.)
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Follow compliance and company guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for lead management
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months–3 years of experience in outbound sales (preferred in financial domain)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target‑oriented and sales‑driven attitude
Ability to work comfortably from the client office
Basic knowledge of financial products (added advantage
