Position: Virtual Relationship Manager

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview

Teleperformance Global Services is hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital and voice channels. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing banking solutions, promoting relevant financial products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

1.Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

• Connect with assigned customers as per defined contact policies.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.

• Promote digital banking services and enhance customer convenience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Focus on customer retention and minimize customer attrition.

2.Sales & Portfolio Management

• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.

• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as TPP, Assets, Cards, and other financial products.

• Identify customer needs and generate relevant sales opportunities.

• Ensure customer eligibility and compliance before offering products.

• Monitor key account activities and provide timely updates.

• Process customer requests and transactions accurately.

3.Process & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

• Follow banking policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.

• Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM and reporting systems.

• Maintain required quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

B.Tech/BE candidates are not eligible.

Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with 0–3 year of experience are preferred.

Strong interest in banking sales and customer relationship management.

Key Skills Required

• Good knowledge or understanding of banking and financial products.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Good sales and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Language Requirements

English – Fluent communication is mandatory

Candidate must be proficient in any one of the following regional languages:
