Valves Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Valves Sales Executive to develop sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for industrial valves and related products. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of industrial valves, strong communication skills, and experience in B2B technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell industrial valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, control valves, and other related products.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, distributors, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and industrial clients.

• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable valve products.

• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and technical documentation in coordination with the engineering and sales teams.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, sales pipelines, and order status.

• Attend exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings when required.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management and product team.
