Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit quality Advisors to build a strong distribution base
Provide continuous training on products, business processes, and selling techniques
Assist Advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development
Ensure Advisors offer appropriate financial solutions based on customer need analysis
Ensure adherence to business processes and quality norms
Achieve monthly business targets for new business generation and Advisor recruitment
Ensure sales through the Advisor team aligns with business quality metrics
Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and validate with authorities
Exercise due diligence at the first level to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
