Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided or self-generated leads.
Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel plans to offer tailored domestic travel packages.
Promote and sell holiday packages to destinations within India (e.g., Kerala, Himachal, Rajasthan,
Goa, North East, etc.).
Follow up diligently with interested leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and package inclusions based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Indian tourist destinations, seasonality, and local logistics.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales software.
