Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, online leads, and referrals

• Engage with customers to understand their travel requirements and budget

• Present, promote, and sell travel packages and related services effectively

• Design and share customized itineraries as per customer needs

• Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions

• Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services

• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions

• Conduct basic market research to stay updated on travel trends and customer preferences

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0.5 – 2 years in travel sales or related sales roles

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Customer-focused attitude with an ability to build rapport

• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or sales tools

• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in travel package sales, itinerary planning, and upselling/cross-selling will be an added advantage.
