Job Title: Sales Apprentice

Location: Pune – Balewadi
Employment Type: Apprentice / Trainee
Duration: 6 to 12 Months (as per company policy)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and driven Sales Apprentices to join our team at our Pune (Balewadi) office. This role is ideal for fresh non-IT graduates who are interested in building a career in sales, business development, and customer engagement. The apprentice will receive hands-on training and real-time exposure to sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day sales activities

• Support lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups

• Maintain customer and lead data in CRM or internal systems

• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales closures

• Prepare basic sales reports and documentation

• Participate in client calls, meetings, and presentations (as required)

• Learn sales processes, products, and market dynamics

• Achieve assigned learning and performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates from non-IT backgrounds (2021–2025 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply

• Graduation in any non-IT discipline

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence and willingness to interact with customers

• Persuasive and negotiation skills (training will be provided)

• No PF required for this role

• Goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
