Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Promote and sell international travel packages and services
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
Generate and convert leads into successful sales
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Update customer information and sales activities in CRM
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong sales and convincing ability
Customer handling and relationship management
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales or International Sales preferred
Graduation preferred but not mandatory
Comfortable working in night shifts
