Travel Sales Executive – Off Road Travel N Trek

We are looking for a travel-passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Off Road Travel N Trek.

The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy travel, tourism, trekking and exploring new destinations and should be able to understand customer requirements and confidently convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

• Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable travel packages/quotations

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer relationships

• Negotiate professionally and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Promote Nepal, India and adventure/trekking tour packages

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations and bookings

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution

• Use basic computer tools, MS Excel and AI tools to improve day-to-day work

What We Are Looking For:

• Passion for travel and tourism is a must

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on closing bookings

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred

• Travel & Tourism sales experience will be an added advantage

• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, computers and basic AI tools

• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn

• Ability to work independently and follow up consistently
