Sell travel packages including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, cruises, and travel insurance
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored travel solutions
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
Provide accurate information about destinations, pricing, and travel policies
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings and negotiations
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and competitor offerings
Proven experience in travel sales or tourism industry (preferred)
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
