We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate should have traveled extensively across India, be highly tech savvy, and capable of leveraging the latest tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound B2B/B2C sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Design and operate customized itineraries for individual and group travelers.
Complete knowledge of Costings.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transporters, and guides to ensure seamless operations.
Use digital tools, CRM, and travel platforms to manage client communication and bookings.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and technology to improve service quality.
Assist in building innovative travel products and experiences for global clientele.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years for junior post & minimum 10 years of experience for Manager level in inbound travel sales & operations.
Well traveled within India with strong destination knowledge.
Strong technical skills; comfortable using CRM systems, online booking platforms, and digital tools.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Tourism, Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
