Position Overview

The Travel Desk Executive of Classic Rovers at the partner hotel. The role ensures seamless coordination between hotel guests, concierge teams, and Classic Rovers’ operations, delivering flawless guest mobility experiences that reflect the sophistication of both brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the on-site representative of Classic Rovers at the hotel, handling all guest and concierge travel requests with grace and precision.

• Manage bookings for airport transfers, city tours, chauffeur services, and outstation trips through Classic Rovers’ internal system.

• Provide real-time information on vehicle availability, tariffs, and upgrades across our luxury fleet (from Innova Crysta to Mercedes S-Class & Maybach).

• Coordinate closely with Classic Rovers’ dispatch and driver teams to ensure punctuality and guest satisfaction.

• Handle billing, vouchers, and guest feedback in line with Classic Rovers’ luxury standards.

• Act as the liaison between hotel front office management and Classic Rovers’ senior operations team.

• Promote upsell opportunities (e.g., luxury upgrades, vintage arrivals, solar golf carts, and special event mobility).

• Ensure brand visibility through tasteful display materials and consistent representation of Classic Rovers’ premium image.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience at hotel travel desks, concierge services, or luxury car rentals.

• Impeccable grooming, fluent English, and confident communication.

• Strong coordination and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Guest-centric attitude — courteous, composed, and solution-oriented.

• Knowledge of Jaipur’s destinations, luxury hotels, and travel circuits preferred.
