Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our travel sales operations with a strong focus on generating B2C leads and driving direct client sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with deep expertise in Bali and Vietnam travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase B2C bookings and revenue.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Generate new business by identifying and converting potential clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with direct customers and repeat travelers.

• Create and promote attractive travel packages for Bali, Vietnam, and other destinations.

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand visibility.

• Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales or related roles.

• Proven success in B2C sales and client acquisition.

• In-depth knowledge of Bali and Vietnam destinations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet targets and deliver measurable growth.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and online travel platforms.
