Job Summary :

Mayur Suvidha Travels LLP is seeking a highly experienced Senior International Tour Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in handling FIT - Free Independent Travelers for Europe, South Africa, Far East & Middle East. The ideal candidate will have deep product knowledge, strong DMC relationships across these regions, and a proven track record in customizing high-value itineraries and closing HNI bookings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Handling

- Handle end-to-end inquiries for FIT international packages from walk-ins, referrals, and corporate clients

- Design customized itineraries for Europe, South Africa, Far East - Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Malaysia & Middle East - Dubai, Abu Dhabi

- Provide expert consultation on, best season, attractions, hotels, flights, forex for these regions

- Cross-sell visa services, travel insurance, forex, and luxury add-ons

2. Product & Operations

- Create tailor-made FIT itineraries using GDS - Amadeus/Galileo, DMC portals, and direct hotel contracts

- Source competitive rates from international DMCs in Europe, South Africa, Far East & Middle East

- Prepare detailed cost sheets, quotations, and vouchers with 100% accuracy

- Ensure complete pre-travel documentation - visas, insurance, itinerary handover

3. Supplier & Relationship Management

- Maintain and grow relationships with DMCs across Europe, South Africa, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Bali

- Negotiate rates and secure allotments for peak seasons

4. Post-Sales & Service

- Handle on-tour client support and resolve issues with DMCs/hotels promptly

- Drive repeat business through post-tour feedback and relationship building

- Maintain client database in CRM and track conversion ratios

Key Skills & Requirements

Experience 10+ years in outbound FIT tours for Europe, South Africa, Far East & Middle East.

Destination Expertise       Strong product knowledge of Europe - UK, Switzerland, France, Italy, South Africa, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan,Australia, Newzealand.

Communication    Excellent English + Hindi. Strong presentation & closing skills for HNI clients

•Other -  strong negotiation skills, existing DMC network in key regions
