Designation: Visa & Holiday Package Executive

Role Summary:
The Visa & Holiday Package Executive is responsible for handling domestic and international travel packages along with end-to-end visa assistance. The role involves customizing travel solutions, coordinating with vendors, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Domestic and International holiday packages as per client requirements.

• Customize travel packages based on client queries and preferences.

• Manage hotel bookings through various online portals and vendor networks.

• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates for hotels, transport, and services.

• Assist clients with visa documentation, with strong knowledge of Schengen visa processes

Arrange and conduct client meetings (Face-to-Face or Online).

• Monitor and manage inward and outward operational processes as per business requirements.

• Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and external partners for smooth service delivery.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Schengen visas and international visa procedures.

• Should know all types of visas

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.

• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in online booking portals and basic computer applications.

Experience & Qualification:

• Prior experience in visa processing and holiday packages preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background is an advantage)
