Key Responsibilities
1. Assist customers with international flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. 2. Provide accurate information on fares, baggage allowances, and airline regulations. 3. Manage calls and inquiries effectively to support passengers with booking needs. 4. Suggest and prepare the best itineraries with reasonable fares and suitable flight options.
5. Help passengers finalize their bookings by offering convenient and cost-effective solutions.
6. Deliver excellent customer service while resolving travel-related issues.
7. Ensure accurate and timely communication with passengers for a smooth travel experience.
Requirements & Key Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field (Travel & Tourism background is a plus).
2. Good communication skills in English with a customer-friendly approach.
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, internet usage).
4. Willingness to work in shifts if required for 24/7 operations.
5. Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Strong customer service, patience, empathy, and professionalism while dealing with passengers.
7. Quick learner with interest in international flight bookings, fare rules, and travel regulations (training will be provided for freshers).
8. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage booking requests effectively and prioritize tasks.
