About Us

LehKash Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in Kashmir and Ladakh. We work closely with travel agents across India, providing competitive B2B tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and destination management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and B2B partners across India.

• Generate new B2B business through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings.

• Promote Kashmir and Ladakh tour packages, group departures, FIT, and customized itineraries.

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and cost sheets based on agent requirements.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate with the operations team for seamless tour execution.

• Handle booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of clients and sales activities in the CRM or sales tracker.

• Stay updated on destination knowledge, hotel inventory, and market trends.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B travel sales (preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.

• Knowledge of Kashmir & Ladakh destinations is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
