Assist clients with domestic and international flight bookings
Handle group bookings and coordinate with airlines for special fares
Provide fare quotations and explain cancellation/change policies
Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Manage PNR creation, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and amendments
Maintain client database and follow up on pending payments
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with airline policies
Negotiate competitive fares and offer cost-effective solutions
Provide after-sales support and resolve travel-related issues
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel consultancy or ticketing
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) preferred
Strong understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Ability to manage group bookings
Basic knowledge of visas and travel documentation
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
