Job Title: Sales Consultant – Tours & Travel

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Consultants to join our growing Tours & Travel team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our holiday membership plans to prospective customers. Fresh leads will be provided by the company, and candidates will be responsible for converting these leads into successful memberships.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads via phone calls, emails, and messages.

• Explain the features and benefits of our holiday membership plans to potential customers.

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their travel requirements.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on company products, offers, and travel packages.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, travel, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
