Travel Consultant (Tour Package Sales)
Job Summary:
Transclick Holidays is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing the best domestic and international holiday packages with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Sell Domestic & International Tour Packages.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package costing.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport, and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Travel Sales (B2C).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to work with CRM, WhatsApp, Email, and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Destinations Knowledge:
Andaman, Goa, Kashmir, Himachal, Kerala, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Maldives and other popular destinations.
