We are looking for a Tour Packages Sales Executive to join our team at The Amazing Destination Private Limited. The role focuses on handling travel enquiries, selling domestic tour packages, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years in Travel & Tourism / Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Generate leads through cold calling and follow up with potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.

• Prepare and share customized tour packages, quotations and itineraries.

• Sell domestic tour packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Must have good knowledge of tour packages for Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kashmir and Kerala.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with hotels, transporters and internal operations teams for smooth trip execution.

• Follow up with customers regularly and achieve assigned sales and booking targets.

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.

• Provide excellent customer support before and during the trip.

Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Tour Packages Sales

• Strong knowledge of domestic tour packages.

• Experience in preparing customized tour packages and quotations.

• Excellent communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.

• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Candidates willing to work from Delhi-NCR.
