We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join our team at PASHANKAR TOURISM. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth by promoting domestic and international tour packages. The candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify travel needs, and achieve sales targets through effective consultation and follow-ups.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience) along with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
Identify and engage new business opportunities through calls, social media, references, and walk-in enquiries
Present, promote, and sell tour packages effectively to potential customers
Understand customer requirements, budget, and travel preferences
Prepare customized quotations, itineraries, and presentations
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth booking execution
Coordinate with hotels, transport, visa, and ticketing teams
Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in travel sales, customer service, or tele-sales
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
Customer-focused attitude with convincing ability
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is a plus
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM, WhatsApp handling) preferred
