Job Title: Tour & Travel Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Tour & Travel Sales Executive who can promote and sell domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell domestic and international tour packages to customers.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Follow up with leads generated through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and website enquiries.

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.

• Prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries.

• Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and payment terms.

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors for bookings.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM or Excel reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Ability to work under sales targets.

• Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.

Qualification

• Graduation preferred (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).

• Experience in Tour & Travel Sales will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

• ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)
