We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Travel Desk Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our clients and ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Handle client inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.
Book flights, hotels, transport, and activities as per the itinerary.
Coordinate with travel vendors for bookings, vouchers, and confirmations.
Prepare and share travel documents like itineraries, vouchers, tickets, and invoices.
Maintain updated records of bookings and client preferences.
Assist in passport, visa, and insurance formalities if required.
Ensure timely communication and after-sale support for clients during travel.
Handle urgent travel changes or cancellations.
Maintain professionalism and hospitality in every interaction.
