The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing passenger reservations, itinerary planning,
fare quotation, ticket issuance, and delivering quality customer support while following aviation
standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage flight reservations using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, ticket reissuance, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist passengers with booking inquiries, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special service
requests (SSRs).
• Ensure complete accuracy in PNR creation, modification, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams for smooth handling.
• Handle group bookings and monitor seat inventory as required.
• Maintain reservation reports, MIS entries, and daily booking logs.
• Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare policies, and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service through calls, emails, and walk in passengers.
• Resolve passenger concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (Aviation/Tourism preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in airline/ticketing/reservations.
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of fare rules, ticketing processes, and IATA codes.
