JOB SUMMARY

Amaze India Trip Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Holiday Sales Executive to join our growing travel team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing holiday packages, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, and other platforms.

• Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Prepare and share customized domestic and international holiday packages.

• Explain package inclusions, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services to customers.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential customers into bookings.

• Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining company margins.

• Coordinate with the operations/reservation team for confirmed bookings.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-sales support.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated about destinations, hotels, travel products, and ongoing offers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism / Holiday Sales industry will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and internet applications.

• Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups effectively.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented approach.

EXPERIENCE

0–3 Years in Travel Sales / Holiday Sales / Tourism preferred.

EDUCATION

Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant travel industry experience may also apply.
