About the Role
Das Organizer is looking for a Tour Coordinator with knowledge of the Tours & Travel industry to manage tour operations, client coordination, field activities, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage tours from start to finish.
Travel with clients during trips and ensure smooth tour operations.
Handle client queries and provide excellent customer support.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
Generate leads, follow up with customers, and sell tour packages.
Assist in planning itineraries and managing on-ground requirements.
Handle both office and field responsibilities.
Requirements
Knowledge of the Tours & Travel industry.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Basic sales and negotiation skills.
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel with tour groups.
Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or tour operations is preferred.
