Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1) Franchise Sales & Business Development

• Drive franchise sales targets for assigned territory (Pune & PCMC)

• Convert leads into franchise partners through meetings, presentations & negotiations

• Maintain strong pipeline management and weekly/monthly closure plans

2) Recruitment & Management of Advisors

• Recruit and onboard Business Advisors / Channel Partners for lead generation

• Train advisors on franchise model, process, and conversion strategy

• Track advisor performance and ensure consistent lead flow

3) Franchise Onboarding & Documentation

• Coordinate franchise onboarding process including KYC and documentation

• Ensure compliance and timely completion of all onboarding formalities

• Manage coordination between internal teams and franchise partners

4) Agreement Signing & Deal Closure

• Handle commercial discussions and finalize franchise agreement signing

• Ensure milestone completion (token amount, final payment, documentation)

• Maintain closure quality with complete and error-free documentation

5) Franchise Launch Execution

• Support franchise partners through pre-launch planning and execution

• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, marketing & training teams for launch

• Ensure smooth opening and readiness for business start

6) Reporting & Territory Planning

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and territory performance updates

• Analyze market opportunities, competitor activity, and expansion potential

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand representation in the territory
