Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead commodity sales operations in Indian Territory. The role involves driving sales of essential commodities such as Raw Cashew Nut importers, wholesalers, distributors, and channel partners under Advanced Payment along with cash-and-carry business model. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in bulk commodity trading and strong market relationships within Indian territory. The Territory Sales Manager will be dealing in entire Indian region. Candidate will work remotely and report to the Head Office - Faridabad every month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies for Raw Cashew Nut in Indian territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and onboard new importers, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
Expand market share and strengthen distribution networks.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and key channel partners.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms (cash & carry and advance as well), and supply contracts.
Ensure timely order closure and collection of payments.
3. Market Development
Conduct regular market visits to understand pricing trends and competitor activity.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging demand areas.
Provide market intelligence and demand forecasts to management.
4. Operations Coordination
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch
Ensure compliance with local trade regulations and documentation.
Monitor stock movement and maintain optimal inventory turnover.
5. Risk & Credit Management
Strict adherence to Advance payment policy along with cash-and-carry.
Minimize business risk by avoiding credit exposure.
Ensure transparent documentation and transaction records.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in commodity trading (Raw Cashew Nut, rice, sugar, or similar bulk FMCG products).
Proven experience in cash-and-carry sales model.
Strong network of importers, distributors, and wholesalers in Indian territory.
Experience handling bulk transactions and high-volume sales minimum 2000 Ton per month sales.
