Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders through government and private tender portals.
Work on portals such as GeM, CPPP, State Government Tender Portals, and other relevant platforms.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
Prepare and compile all required tender documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical, financial, and legal documentation.
Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
Ensure timely submission of tenders before the deadline.
Maintain records of submitted, ongoing, won, and lost tenders.
Track tender status and regularly follow up on updates.
Handle queries, clarifications, corrigendums, and other tender-related communication.
Ensure all documents are accurate and comply with tender guidelines.
Maintain a proper database of tender opportunities and related documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in Tender Management / Tender Executive / Bid Management.
Good knowledge of GeM and other tender portals.
Understanding of government and private tender processes.
Strong knowledge of documentation and bid preparation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.
