Job Overview

We are looking for a Bid Management Executive who will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, and managing the complete bidding process on government and private procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and track tender opportunities on portals such as Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other e-tender platforms.

• Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents as per tender requirements.

• Handle the complete bid management process, including documentation, compliance, and submission before deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, product specifications, and required documents.

• Maintain proper records of all tenders, bids, and submitted proposals.

• Monitor tender status and follow up for results and order processing.

• Ensure all bid submissions follow government and company compliance guidelines.

• Manage tender documentation such as EMD, BOQ, eligibility documents, and declarations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of GeM Portal and e-tendering systems.

• Experience in bid preparation and tender documentation.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.

• Strong attention to detail and deadline management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
